Super-tonnage anti-creep roller bed is used for narrow gap welding, general circular seam SAW or gas shield welding of heavy duty vessel. This series product is mature enough with years completing and totally replace import product. The accuracy is within ±1 (practical data measured by users).

Anti-creep roller bed is one of highly required on design and technology products, there are 3 type of roller bed mode now can prevent work piece creeping: horizontal moving type, rotating type, lifting type. Weida provides lifting mode, using the lifting unit to change the roller vertical position height, to change the work piece height, then correct the work piece position difference, meanwhile to control the work piece creeping volume, can realize the direction (Axes) creeping precision ±1.5mm.

Advantages Adopting cast steel wheel, realizes high load capacity, the anneal treatment provides the long time using and the block on the base provides the movement easy of the roller bed, the two sides install the rail positioning block provides the moving of the roller bed on the same center line.
