  The device is provided by the way of opened the up mold and  up/down of the under mold. Which is very convenient for Small system of R elbow bend demoulding. Point of control, the use of pulse encoder, speed bends, booster pressure with import proportional valve . Parameters set by the touch screen.


     A The device is mainly used in the superheater, reheater, economizer sperpetuator processing of large-capacity power plant boiler .

     B  Pipe materials are carbon steel (20G, SA210A, SA178C, etc.), heat-resistant alloy steel (15CrMo, 12Cr1MoV, SA213-T12, T22, T23, T91, T92, T122, etc.), stainless steel (SA213-TP304H, TP321H, TP347H , thin fine-grained TP347HFG) and so on.
