In the boiler manufacturing industry, the components of economizer, superheater, reheater and the membrane wall etc are all processed by tens of meters long tubes, whereas the steel plant can only supply a maximum a dozen meters long steel tube. Therefore, there must have an equipment to butt weld the tubes together to the length of tens of meters, and its joints must meet the requirements of the boiler. This kind of equipment is just specially designed and manufactured for such a request.

A Tube rotation system composed by the rotary motor, reducer, vector frequency conversion driver, D / A converters, pulse encoder, so that it is with high control accuracy and good performance.
B The whole system is formed by servo motors, reducer, ball screws, servo drives, the positioning module and the PLC and so on for up and down, left and right movements of welding torches. Fully guarantee the precise positioning the welding torch for up and down, left and right movement, and the ease control of changing welding speeds, in order to fulfill the complex requirements of the machinery welding.
C Man-machine interface applies Mitsubishi large-screen color touch screen, it is built 32-bit RISC high-speed graphics chips, with quick responses, widen perspectives, and interface graphics-rich features.
D PLC adopt of Japan's Mitsubishi’s F × 2N, its basic instruction execution time is only 0.08 μ S, and this kind of PLC is the most faster, No1 storage capacity at the moment.
E Servo drives and servo motors are Fuji's latest products of the FALDIC-β series. And its excellent electrical and mechanical performances are the best of the current breed.
F The frequency converter for tube rotating produced by Japan is with vector control, large range of speed control and good dynamic characteristics. So it is the ideal frequency and speed control driver for AC motor
G Relays, contactors are all selected brand from internationally renowned companies. Button and switches for main operation are all Japan products which rate of electrical fault is significantly reduced.
H MIG welding using a famous Japanese brand -- OTC welding machine to ensure the quality of the MIG welding.
I TIG welding has a relatively stable performance since using the Japanese brand TIG welder.
J There are two torches for MIG welding to meet the requirement for different steel welding.
K The capacity for butt welding is up to 11 of single-tube (a total of 10 welded joints). Each joint could be made by six layers for TIG and six layers for MIG welding maximally.
L The system has the memory capabilities of welding parameters for six sets of TIG and six sets of MIG . Any set of welding parameters can be selected for a tube welding.
M All of the man-machine information exchange are completed by the touch screen. Concise form style can be used to input parameters. The operating action output can be displayed by signals. It can presentation the general cause in case there are any fault promptly to help the user quickly troubleshooting.
N The signal of tube rotation position uses pulse encoder. Not only dispense with the action of comeback to zero-spin, but also could avoid welding defects at the point of start arc because any point can be start arc.
O Welding current and voltage can be output to the welding power source using D / A converter module controlled by PLC.Therefore, welding power source changed into a digital power source, and the current rise, pulse regulation, current attenuation are all controlled by the PLC, so it is convenient and accurate to control by quantifying.
P Other parameters are also using digital setting.
Q During the welding, the main welding parameters can be slightly adjusted temporarily.
