1. Equipment instruction
Welding manipulator can be composed of auto welding mechanical equipment via welding rotator,
welding positioner. It is used for internal and external circular welding seam, fillet weld and internal and
external longitudinal welding seam it has functions of moving, rotating, elevating and traversing.
Floor turntable positioner makes the piece rotating 360 ° in the horizontal direction. It is the tipical auxiliary
equipment during the welding process.
Automatic welding center is mainly composed of welding manipulator, floor turntable positioner and welding
source. When working, the fist is to make piece on the floor turntable positioner and turn welding rotator
to make the work-piece stay to weld by process requirements.
Then make welding torch adjust to a certain welding position through kinds of movement of welding
manipulator. At the last, start welding machine and rotate work-piece by positioner to realize

3. Performance feature
Welding manipulator is composed of column,boom nose and elevating. Column is rectangle, and on its top there is boom elevating mechanism which is dual beam. The motor drives worm gear and worm reducer and drives sprocket and chain. One end of chain is connected with boom guide device, and the other end is fixed on balance iron in column. There are eight groups of pulley block which is eccentric shaft structure on boom guide seat. Elevating and flexing of boom is controlled by AC variable frequency speed regulation which can be adjusted according to welding needs. Automatic welding machine head is fixed on front of the boom, and the nose can be trimming up and down, right and left.
The welding positioner is used typical cradle structure to adapt to the requirements of large tonnage welding. In order to reduce tilt torque,
the middle beam is used U type to reduce the gravity height of work-piece.
During the welding process ground wire must be connected with conductive device. Conductive device connected with table can make sure of the welding process of form loop. The conductive device is sliding conductive bearing, with conductive paste. The MAX conductive current can be 1000A.
The complete set of equipment adopts advanced trinity centralized control mode. It means that welding manipulator welding positioner and functions of welding machine can be fused together organically to realize welding better. At the same time, it is also equipped with a remote control box which has all operation functions of this machine to operate conveniently.
